Are you the manufacturer?
No. We are a Yiwu-based export company and a first-tier authorised distributor of CHINT products. We also supply DELIXI, TENGEN and other certified Chinese brands side by side, and we give you the factory name and address on request.
Are you an authorised CHINT distributor?
Yes — HAZAM is a first-tier authorised distributor of CHINT products. The authorisation certificate and the product certificates for the codes we quote are available on request: contact our sales manager on the contact page or by WhatsApp. DELIXI, TENGEN and other brands are supplied through lawful trade channels.
Are your CHINT products original?

Can you provide documents for a tender?
Ask before you bid. Our sales manager will confirm which documents we can provide for your tender — the authorisation certificate, product certificates and test reports for the codes quoted, and, where a project-specific manufacturer letter is required, what is possible.
Grid compatibility
Do you supply 60 Hz markets?
Yes. 220–240 V / 50 Hz is our standard; contactor coils and metering devices have 60 Hz variants. Saudi Arabia runs 60 Hz and still has legacy 127 V residential systems; Peru is 220 V / 60 Hz. Tell us your grid before ordering and the frequency goes on the proforma.
Which markets do you not serve?
110–127 V markets — Mexico, most of Brazil, Colombia, Central America, the Caribbean. Certification rules, installation practice and voltage-dependent parts such as coils, SPDs and meters differ there, so we decline instead of selling. Why we decline 110–127 V markets →
Orders, payment, shipping
What is the MOQ?
Stocked series start from a few hundred pieces per model; custom marking or coil voltage follows the factory MOQ.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Stocked items dispatch in 1–3 working days, and the sample cost is refunded against a container order.
How do I pay?
Trial orders: 100% before shipment, or 30/70 against a copy of the B/L. T/T for standard orders; L/C at sight for larger orders.
What shipping terms do you quote?
FOB, CFR or CIF Ningbo or Shanghai as standard, DDP on request. We consolidate mixed containers (breakers + boards + cable + hardware) with one auditable packing list and carton photos before loading. How CBM and weight are planned →
Certificates
Which certificate will my customs need?
Certificates belong to the manufacturer and the exact tested model — they are not transferable between brands. We supply the certificate PDF for the code we quote and match the route your customs needs: Gulf G-Mark plus the national layer (ECAS, SABER), EAC for the Eurasian Union, SONCAP / KEBS / TBS PVoC for Africa.
