Egypt requires the manufacturing facility to be registered with GOEIC before its goods can clear. That is a factory-level registration — not something a trading company can fake. If you are an Egyptian importer, tell us which factories you already have registered; if you need it opened, factor the timeline into your project plan. We will say honestly whether a given shipment is covered — before you pay, not after.
